Cholesterol fun, with butter, eggs, cream and rum


Ingredients

- 250 gram sponge fingers (two packages)
- 3 cups of strong coffee
- 0.4 litre cream
- yolk of 4 eggs
- 250 gram powdered sugar
- 1 glass of strong rum
- 250 gram butter
Mix the butter, the yolk, the powdered sugar and the rum...
Poor some coffee on a shallow plate and dip the sponge fingers one by one, half in the coffee (sugar layer to the top) and
lay them out on the bottom of a spring form, with the sugar layer down.
Poor half of the mixed mass on the sponge fingers, and put the second layer of fingers in. Poor the remainder of the mixed mass on top of this layer.
Mix the cream, and put this on top.
Let the pie get rigid in the fridge in at least three hours.
